A consultation is required for all new clients and for returning clients who have not visited within the last 12 months.

Booking & Appointment Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through our approved booking platform.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposits or sessions.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Deposits & Payments

Some services and treatment programs require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service when honored.

We accept approved payment methods listed on our booking platform. (NO CASH)

Treatment Packages & Memberships

Packages and memberships are designed to be used within a specific timeframe.

Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Missed sessions are not replaced unless otherwise stated in writing.
